Restoring Balance. Enlightened Futures.
The Northlight Network is a community referral and navigation hub connecting women to the right resources at the right time — because no one should have to figure it out alone.
The Northlight Network is a community referral and navigation hub connecting women to the right resources at the right time.
Many women are already doing everything right — working, raising children, maintaining housing, attending school. But when unexpected challenges arise, navigating the resource landscape alone can feel impossible.
Northlight was created to change that.
Because women should not have to move backwards to receive help.
The Northlight Network is a community referral and navigation hub connecting women to the right resources at the right time — through our 24/7 Crisis Hotline and Mini Resource Centers (MRCs).
Through trauma-informed care, resource navigation, and community partnerships, we help women preserve stability, access support, and move forward with dignity, clarity, and confidence.
The NorthLight Network envisions a future where individuals — especially women — are no longer required to move backwards in order to receive support.
We envision communities where individuals can continue moving forward without fear of losing access to support, and where progress does not disqualify someone from receiving care, guidance, and resources.
Northlight exists to make sure women don't fall through the cracks between agencies, shelters, and programs. We serve women in the critical space where traditional systems often step back — and where the need is still very real. Stability should be protected, not rebuilt after it is lost.
Immediate danger, acute need, emergency response.
The bridge — ongoing support, resources, and connection as stability forms.
Long-term stability, self-sufficiency, and empowered living.
Every interaction is grounded in empathy, dignity, and respect — no judgment, no barriers.
We approach every individual with an understanding of how trauma shapes experience and healing.
We don't do things for people — we walk alongside them, honoring their agency and strength.
Resources, referrals, and support that are practical, clear, and actually reachable.
Built with and for the communities we serve — especially women and underserved populations.
Crisis doesn't keep business hours. Our 24/7 hotline is there whenever someone needs it.
The Mini Resource Center (MRC) is a centralized support hub operated by The Northlight Network, designed to provide immediate access to essential mental health, crisis, and community-based resources.
The MRC complements our 24/7 Crisis Hotline by offering curated referrals, educational tools, and follow-up support that help individuals move from crisis toward stability and empowerment. It prioritizes trauma-informed care, accessibility, and dignity — ensuring practical help without overwhelm.
Mental health and emotional wellness resources
Crisis intervention and safety planning support
Domestic violence, housing, and emergency assistance referrals
Financial, employment, and legal resource guidance
Ongoing community support and empowerment tools
The MRC serves as a bridge between crisis response and long-term healing, empowering individuals to take their next steps with clarity, support, and hope.
Northlight is growing. We're looking for advocates, volunteers, partners, and donors who believe that no one should navigate crisis alone. Join us in building the infrastructure that makes a difference.
